Kids Worship

Children's Sunday School — 9:00 AM

Children's Church — 10:00 AM

At Blodgett Street Baptist Church, Kids Worship is a joyful, age-appropriate time where children encounter Jesus through Bible stories, worship, prayer, and hands-on activities. We create a safe, welcoming environment where kids can ask questions, make friends, and begin building a lifelong foundation of faith. Whether through Sunday morning teaching, special events, or simple moments of praise, our goal is the same: to help every child know God loves them and belong in His family.

Parking

We have a parking spot just for you in our Guest Parking area located in front of the Main Entrance. Handicap accessible parking is also available.

Find a Seat

From the moment you walk through our doors, we want you to feel right at home. Our sanctuary has open seating, so once you enter, feel free to sit wherever you’d like. No assigned seats, no pressure, and no special sections.

Whether this is your first time visiting or you’ve been part of our Church family for years, we’re glad you’re here. Grab a seat, relax, and join us as we worship together. We can’t wait to meet you!

What Does the Worship Service Look Like?

Our main Sunday morning worship service is about 60–75 minutes long and is designed to be meaningful, encouraging, and easy to follow. Here’s what you can expect:

  • A friendly welcome when you arrive
  • Congregational singing (a mix of hymns and contemporary songs)
  • Prayer
  • Giving (visitors are never pressured or expected to give)
  • Biblical preaching that is practical and encouraging
  • A time to respond at the end of the service

We also have children’s ministry during the service so kids can learn about Jesus in an age-appropriate way while parents worship.

How We Close the Service

We don’t simply dismiss at the end of our gathering. Instead, we close with a benediction, a Scripture-based blessing that encourages us and sends us out to live for Christ in the week ahead.
